MapRA 2018 Front Garden Awards.

  • Overall Best Front Garden  - 32 Dartmouth Road

  • Runner up  - 58 Chatsworth Road

The initial road by road judging took place in late June and the final best gardens were chosen in mid-July, so it depended very much on what was looking good then as to who was chosen. There were lots of very good gardens this year and the judges reported finding it difficult to make the final choice.

The Mapesbury Conservation Area Design Guide has been completed. Link. It is more detailed than the previous one, providing good guidance area on all matters relating to development and alterations in the conservation. This note summarises the key aspects of the guide.

 

Cricklewood Community Library has succeeded in reaching its target of £114,000 by the deadline. Can still donate to help for future work.
