MapRA AGM. Wednesday 15 May 2019 from 7pm, St Gabrielís Church.  Wish to invite all members and guests to our Annual General Meeting event.

After a short Annual General Meeting (at 7.30pm). We will have break for stalls etc, then hear from Acting Sergeant Anne Collyer from our Police Safer Neighbourhood Team and representative from Brent Council on Anti-Social behaviour issues. Opportunity for questions.

There will also be stalls representing the activities of groups and organizations which have an impact on life in Mapesbury including:-

  • Improvements to the local area

  • Gardening, Open Gardens Day, Mapesbury Dell

  • Charitable groups and the voluntary sector

  • Planning, Conservation and local history

  • Brent Services

A bar and light refreshments will be available throughout the evening.


Doors open at 7pm: Bar and refreshments available. Members and guests socialise and visit stalls.

7.40 to 8.05 formal part of AGM

  • Elections for chair, secretary, treasurer and committee

  • Questions on MapRA business

8.05 to 8.30 stalls, bar and refreshments.

8:30 to 9.15 Discussion of general issues in the area

9.15 to 9.30 Members and guests are welcome to revisit the stalls and enjoy the bar and refreshments.

All residents, their friends and neighbours are welcome.   

Any resident can join MapRA for only £5 p.a. (£2 concession) at the door or the MapRA membership and communication stall.   Only members may vote at the formal meeting.
