Brent Leaseholders. Major Works Repayment Options. Some Major Works costs can be high for Leaseholders so Brent are offering more ways to pay these, in addition to that specified in the lease. To see more see link; Brent asks you to review the proposal set out in Appendix 1 and provide feedback to the Home Ownership Team whether you agree with the proposed options.

Station planting. The group that installed the planters outside Willesden Green station is desperately keen for extra volunteers to help water the plants on platforms 1 and 4. Any help welcome especially in this dry spell. If you can, then let me know and I’ll put you in touch with Ursula.
