MapRA Gardening Club Fete – Sat 2 July – 2-5pm

Do all come to our Fete on Saturday.
We have a number of interesting Raffle prizes this year, thanks to sponsorship by local businesses :
- A Personal Portrait. John Thorogood, our very own Artist in Residence, is offering to paint a portrait, either of a person in the Winner’s family or indeed the family pet.
- Tea Hampers (x 2 separate vouchers).
- Daisy Chain Florist, Willesden Green. Thank you to Daisy Chain for supplying the table floral decorations
- Guinot Salon, Cricklewood (x 2 separate vouchers). Enjoy a Guinot Hydraclean Facial (worth £46) with an aftercare Skincare Package

- Vodka tray with olives and Cheesy Melts - for a special evening
- A gardener’s tray for when it’s time to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour with a cuppa!
Also very grateful to all people who have donated food, plants, their time and everything else.
… and don’t forget to bring plenty of change (although we will have some too) for your Cream Tea in the Garden, Plant Sale, Local Artists’ Gallery, Craft Stall, Bric-a-Brac and, of course, Raffle tickets!! We should be able to take credit cards but cash preferred.

A good way to follow on from the Fete; or in its own right. Enjoy our wonderful pocket park with music from The Park Life Singers and the Anson Primary School Choir. It should be a delightful summer's evening event (forecast good so far!).
Bar and food available from 5.30 pm onwards.

Concert Anson School Saturday 9 July. great concert in aid of a wonderful charity “Providing musical opportunities for blind and partially sighted children, and children with more complex needs” This is a great opportunity to see and hear world famous pianist Derek Paravicini in Willesden Green.
