Concert at Anson School Saturday 9 July, 7pm

Great concert in aid of a wonderful charity. This is a rare opportunity to see and hear world famous pianist, Derek Paravicini in Willesden Green. Derek Paravicini, the Amber Trust patron, is blind and autistic, and is world renowned for his impressive playing and truly amazing repertoire from classical to jazz to pop. At the concert, he will take requests and improvise on notes given to him by members of the audience. Other talented beneficiaries of the Trust will be playing and the school choir will sing. It will be a heart-warming and entertaining occasion.

Venue: Anson Primary School, Anson Rd. NW2 6AD.(parking on the school playground, or a short walk from Willesden Green tube station)

Organised by member Maggie Chambers.
Tickets £20 (or £10 concessions) including wine and other refreshments after the concert. Please support this event, not just for the music but to support this very worthwhile cause. Contact Maggie Chambers on 07957110562, maggiechambers@btinternet.com or turn up on the day at about 6.30 p.m.

The Amber Trust funds music awards/music lessons/music opportunities for about 600 individual blind and partially sighted musically gifted children (from toddlers to young adults) some with other complex needs. Many progress to music college. For them “Music is not a pastime but a life line”. Google “AmberTrust”
